Store Policies & Return PoliciesShipping Policy:
Shipping Included* - Applies to orders in the Lower 48 U.S. States Only! Actual discounted shipping costs to locations in the 48 Contiguous U.S. destinations are included in the price of the product. These charges are subtracted from the refund in the event of a return.
Free Shipping - "Free" doesn't pay for all of those big trucks and airplanes the shipping companies use to ship people's orders to them, whether it be from us or any vendor. "Free" is a term that means the markup on the product is so high that the vendor can afford to pay your shipping costs and advertise "Free Shipping". We have chosen to use the term "Shipping Included" because we believe it to be a more honest definition of what is really going on.
SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: This includes returns for "Shipping Included" items. The actual shipping cost we pay will be deducted from the refund in the event of a return. This does not
apply to manufacturer's defects or items returned under warranty.
Items are Shipped from the Manufacturers and Wholesalers of the Products: Canine Crate Store is proud to have partnered with the best names in the pet business. Direct shipment from the manufacturers and wholesalers eliminates the "middle man" allowing us to offer you great products at low prices.
Shipments to Canada,
Alaska, and Hawaii: Please Contact Us for a
quote. Some heavy items not available for shipment outside the 48 Lower U.S. States.
Shipping Time: The time needed to ship merchandise will vary
depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Holiday's get especially busy. Please anticipate your need for a product and allow time for any delays in shipping or back ordered items.
Out of Stock and Back Ordered Items - Unfortunately this is something that happens, even with the best partners in the business. We will alert you of any out of stock or back ordered items as soon as we know about them. You will have the option of substituting another product, waiting for the item to return to stock or cancelling your order for a full refund.
Shipping Methods - UPS® is the primary method of shipping. UPS® does not ship to P.O. Boxes, and many items are too big and heavy to ship USPS®. Some smaller items may be shipped using USPS®.
Damaged Shipments - Canine Crate Store is not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier. DO NOT refuse shipment! They often charge you extra! If you suspect an item is damaged, Contact Us, Wewill help you file a claim!
Manufacturers Defects - If a product appears to have a
manufacturer’s defect, please Contact Us. The suppliers and manufacturers are very good about replacing your product for you. Please, do not return products without first contacting me
to receive instructions. You may not be eligible for a full refund!
Return Policy:
Return Merchandise Policy - Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please Contact Us for return instructions. Items must be returned to the proper supplier or manufacturer. Returns with no previous contact will not be refunded!
Restocking Fee - A restocking fee of up to 25% is applicable to any returns (Does not apply to our mistakes or manufacturer's defects). We are charged these fees by our suppliers and unfortunately must pass them down. Please measure your pet and order wisely! We are more than happy to help with any questions as to size etc.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN TO ADDRESS ON WEBSITE OR BILL! - Your Refund will be VOID. Returns must be made to the appropriate manufacturer or supplier with the proper paperwork. Please Contact Us!
Manufacturer's Warranties: Manufacturer's warranties are honored by the manufacturer of the product and not this store. We are more than help you out with any questions regarding your warranty.
Used Products Not Available for Return: For safety and health reasons, returns are not accepted for items that have been used by your pet.
Items that must be in place for all returns:
- All original
contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
- Original
packaging.
- Original
invoice or receipt.
- RMA (Return Authorization Number) - If required by manufacturer.
Incorrectly Shipped Items - Incorrectly shipped items or errors made on our part will be replaced with the correct item.
