Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).

Free Ground Shipping* . Applies to ground shipping charges on orders in the Contiguous 48 States of the United States only.  Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and to International Destinations incur additional fees.  Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping also available at a discounted rate.  Please Contact Us for a price with your name, address including zip or postal code, and email address or phone number to contact you at.  

Shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and International Shipping: Some Items have quotes for Canadian Destinations.  Those items may be purchased in the regular manner.  Duty fees and other fees may apply on delivery.  For an accurate estimate on these charges, please visit the Final Cost.  Items which come up with a "No Shipping Method Available" message, may still be purchased for these destinations.  Please contact us for a quote.  Some items are too big, or heavy to have a reasonable cost for shipping, and these items may not be available for shipment.  We will be able to let you know if you fill out a contact us form.  Thank you!

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. In order to keep the cost low to you many of our products are shipped straight from our supplier to you.  Since we have many suppliers, individual shipping times will vary.  Most of our products are shipped out the day following a successful transaction.


Shipping Methods.  All orders will be shipped UPS ground, or the preferred method of our supplier, unless other shipping methods are specified. You will be able to track your shipment through UPS.

Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA number) . No packages will be accepted without an RMA number written clearly on the package.

Return Policy

Return Merchandise Policy.
Permission for any return merchandise must be approved by us. You must email the refund request to returns@caninecratestore.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time return instructions will be sent to you.  In order to keep your costs low, many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and must be returned to the proper address.  Please DO NOT return the item to the company address on the website.  Returns sent to that address will not be accepted.  Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.  All Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the price of the product minus the shipping costs.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.

Sherpa Pet Carriers Return Policy - Currently the manufacturer does not accept returns for a refund unless the incorrect item was shipped as a result of our error.  Manufacturers defects may also be returned for a refund.  Other reasons for returning a Sherpa will not be refunded money.  These returns may be exchanged for a different size or item.  Please be sure to carefully make your selection and measure your pet for proper sizing. 

Incorrectly shipped items will be replaced with the correct item. Notify us with your name and address and we will ship the correct item in the same manner of shipping you requested with the original item (UPS Ground or other specified shipping method).  We will include an R/S Label which is prepaid for you to ship the incorrect item back. We must receive the incorrect item within 2 weeks in order for you not to be charged for the item. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
